HB TIm Poe starts us off in the right direction with a 19 yard TD run, 7-0 Tide. The Gators answer when UF QB Hobbs throws a 24 yard TD pass to Johnson, 7-7 with 1:42 left in the 1st. FB Ben Wilson scores on a 3 yard TD run, 14-7.

HB Poe scores on an 11 yard TD run making it 21-7 with 3:12 left in the 2nd. DT Lance Reid recovers and returns a fumble 9 yards for a TD, 28-7. FB Wilson scores from 2 yards out, 35-7. SS C. J. Brooks picks off a pass and returns it 22 yards for the score, 42-7. QB George Gray throws a 13 yard TD pass to WR A.J. Hines to make it 49-7 at halftime.

Just :10 into the second half QB Gray throws an 80 yard TD strike to WR Mark McCollum, 56-7. PR D.J. Selmon returns a punt 54 yards for a TD, 63-7. FB Dan Sanders scores from a yard out, 70-7.

UF QB Hobbs throws a 54 yard TD pass to Gordon, 70-14. HB Dedrick Rhoden scores on a 30 yard TD run, 77-14. K Craig Gunn boots a 32 yard FG to finish the scoring.

The Gators hung with us for a quarter, but the offense and defense exploded in the second. Up next is the national championship game.
