Vandals vandalize Bengals. (creative, huh? :P)

Idaho would recieve the opening kick and, using their dual impact HBs, Jayson Bird and Rolly Lumbala, ran down the throat of the ISU defense en route to a 1 yard TD run from Jayson Bird. ISU would punt on their next possesion, and Idaho would march down the field again, finishing it off with a Nooy to Bjorvik TD pass of 6 yards to make the score at the end of the first quarter Idaho 10, ISU 0.

ISU would be forced to punt again early in the second quarter, and, you guessed it, Idaho marched down the field, pushing it in from a yard out with Bird. Kendrick Bolen would throw an INT on the next drive, but the D held and Idaho was held to a 45 yard field goal by Tuiasosopo. ISU finally got some offense going after that, and drove down to kick a 40 yard FG before half, making the halftime score Idaho 24, ISU 3.

ISU would get the ball to start the second half, and got a decent drive going, before Bolen fumbled and Idaho recovered. Idaho then... again... drove down the field and got a 7 yard TD from Nooy to Belton. But ISU wouldn't go away. They drove down and Josh Barnett ran it in from 9 yards out to close the gap to 31-10.

Idaho would be forced to punt on their next possesion (amazing...) and ISU would drive down and get a TD from Bolen to Akilah Lacey covering 11 yards and the difference in the game would be cut to 14. But Idaho would right back and run it in from 3 yards out, Bird doing the honors again, and that effectively put the game away. Final: 38-17 Idaho.
