ISU took the short trip to Boise to play the Broncos on the Smurf Turf. Boise got on the board first, with Ian Johnson running it in from 5 yards. ISU was able to come back with a 20 yard Tony Houston FG, but couldn't stop Richards from BSU from taking the ensuing kickoff 89 yards for a TD. ISU answered with a Kendrick Bolen to Akilah Lacey 11 yard TD to make the score at the end of the 1st quarter 14-10 Boise.

Boise then put 34 points on the board in the second quarter and 28 in the 3rd to put the game out of reach. Final score Boise 76, ISU 38 (yes, we scored 38 points)
