In-State Domination - WVU blows out Herd

West Virginia continued it's domination of in-state rival Marshall with a resounding 35-10 win Sunday night in Huntington. WVU still has not lost to Marshall in football.

Noel Devine had 186 yards of total offense and Jarret Brown threw three touchdown passes as the Mountaineers racked up 368 yards of total offense.

Meanwhile, the Mountaineer defense was equally as strong, limiting the Herd to just 149 yards of total offense in forcing one turnover and five punts. Thorpe award finalist Boogie Allen once again led the way from his Safety position. Allen accounted for six tackles and one sack.

WVU concludes the regular season at 9-3 in coach Bill Stewart's second year at the helm. The Mounaineers appear headed to either the Gator Bowl against an ACC opponent or to possibly Charlotte in the Meinekie Car Car Bowl, also against an ACC opponent.
