Defense Stuffs Utah; Wyoming Wins Again
Wyoming's defense gave up -8 rushing yards to Utah and QB Leroy Williams returned to the line-up and found TE Elliot Banks twice for touchdowns as the Cowboys rolled past Utah 31-17.
Banks finished with a game high 92 yards receiving on 6 catches to go along with his two touchdowns. Williams also found Sr TE Jessen Salyards in the endzone for a 17 yard strike in the second quarter to finish with 3 TD passes on the day. Ryan Williams led the team in rushing with 60 yards and one score. Defensively, Joe Killpack had his first interception of the year to help set up an Aric Goodman FG in the 3rd.
