Following their undefeated regular season and ACC Championship, several Florida State players were rewarded for their accolades during the 2013-2014 college football season:

Braxton Miller narowly edges Jameis Winston for the Heisman

The nation knew it would come down to the wire and, in the end, Braxton Miller of Ohio State edged Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston for the Heisman trophy. Miller lead the Buckeyes to a 12-1 record, throwing for 2245 yards and 32 touchdowns through the air. He also added 845 yards on the ground and 7 touchdowns. Where Miller excelled over Winston was in the interception category. Miller only threw 3 interceptions while Winston threw for 13.
