Defense continues to play lights out in 2nd straight upset, Camp feeling guilty over glitch(video

The biggest surprise in the SEC(and possibly the entire NCAA) this season has been the Kentucky Wildcats defense. Many thought last week's win over rival Louisville, in which they allowed just 246 offensive yards, was a fluke. But even with Heisman hopeful Darren McFadden, the Arkansas Razorbacks compiled just 246 yards as Kentucky pulled off their second upset in as many weeks by the score of 21-17.

Most figured McFadden would bring the Wildcats defense, who haven't allowed an opposing runningback to eclipse 55 yards all year, back down to reality, but he was held to just 74 yards on 20 carries. Wildcats defensive end Jeremy Jarmon led the defense with six tackles & two sacks.

Kentucky's defense owned Razorback's junior quarterback Casey Dick, sacking him three times and picking him off four. Impact linebacker Wesley Woodyard recorded five tackles & an interception.

But it was Ahmad Grigsby's two interceptions that really turned the tables. His first came late in the second quarter, leading to a Wildcats TD and giving them the 14-10 lead at halftime. With 1:30 left in the game, Arkansas got the ball back on their 47. Three players later, Grigsby's second interception silenced the Razorback's crowd... Kentucky would go three and out, and Arkansas would get the ball once again on their 47, this time with no timeouts and just 44 seconds left. Arkansas QB Casey Dick would complete a few passes and pick up some yards, and then the first major glitch of this dynasty occurred. Dick would take the snap, and then just STAND in the pocket with no intention of throwing the ball, until he finally gets sacked. Watch this terrible glitch play below.

"Chances are they wouldn't have completed that pass anyway, but I hate glitches like that. I'm glad we won, but I feel like we got away with a freebie there. Better believe they will be coming for us next year," Coach Camp said.

Good thing Kentucky's defense played so well, because their offense has seen better days. Andre Woodson was 13 of 19 for just 105yds, TD, INT, and Rafael Little rushed 16 times for 69yds with 2 TDs.

Still unranked Kentucky will host Florida Atlantic next week.
